Marinate the steak. In a medium bowl, mix together the steak, coconut aminos, ginger and garlic. Marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Remove the beef from the marinade and reserve the liquid. In a large cast iron or a non-stick pan over medium high heat, add coconut oil and wait until melted. Add the beef and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Add the broccoli into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the reserved marinade and cook until the broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes.
Add the scallions and sesame oil and cook together for 2 more minutes.
Serve keto beef and broccoli with cauliflower rice for a complete keto meal. Enjoy!
