Online Cooking Class - Pressure Cooker Risotto

Join Italian-trained Chef Chris and learn how to make gourmet risotto at home.

Learn how to make two different kinds of authentic Italian risotto with ease using your pressure cooker in this virtual cooking class with Chef Chris. First, you will learn how brew a flavor-forward homemade vegetable stock using simple ingredients you likely already have on hand. Then, you will use your vegetable stock to prepare an earthy wild mushroom and onion risotto as well as a butternut squash and sage risotto.

We had a great experience!! It was so much fun to learn some new dishes, learn a little about Italian cooking, while socializing with our good friends. Chris was so much fun to get to know, and to have in our home, and he added to the experience. The food was excellent. Preparing the various dishes was educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend this experience , it is a very unique to be part of the cooking process, rather than being served. The best testimony I can give is that we would do it again.
