During this virtual cooking class with Chef Angela-Michelle, you will learn how to make fresh pappardelle pasta (without a pasta machine!) completely from scratch in the comfort of your own kitchen. You will also learn how to brew a hearty and boldly flavored bolognese sauce with ground beef and bacon as well as toasty homemade garlic bread complete with a chewy center, crisp brown crust, and melting puddles of parsley-flecked butter.

The chef did her best with the time limitation but there was a lot to do in a small amount of time. Food tastes delicious. Also communication from Cozumel about prep work was not great. Cozumel should tell you to check your bookings for direct messages from the chef as we did not receive an email about the prep work which made it difficult to keep up with the class

This class was the perfect team-building exercise for remote workers! We were able to do the full recipe with great results in the short window provided. Chef Angela-Michelle was a great teacher and had a great energy and format for the class. Thank you!
