Signature Thai Delights
with Chef Emily
in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
This is a review for Signature Thai Delights that was done by Chef Steven and his 2 sous chef. I enjoyed the experiences since everyone in the class had their role to prepare for the 3 dishes. No one was left out in this cooking class experience. I was surprised that finished cooking product were served on real dinnerware with forks and knives. I did get to buy something for my friends for their Christmas gifts. However, I could not use the $10 off my next cooking classs since I did not have the list of cooking classes available. I got a chance to find out what Thai cooking tasted and I could add or delete the spicy flavors to my taste.

Fresh Italian Gnocchi From Scratch
with Chef Jamie VK
in Brooklyn (Park Slope)
This class was so great! We don’t have enough good things to say. Chef Jamie welcomed us into her home that was clean, intimate, beautifully decorated and a perfect space for my mother and I to take this cooking class. We had the privilege of it being a private class. Chef Jamie explained each step thoroughly before beginning and continued to do so as we went through each step. At times, when I was hard on myself with not knowing what to do, she consistently reassured me that learning is part of the process and it’s okay to make mistakes. Everything we made was so delicious and cooked/prepared to perfection. Was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Chef Jamie!

Elegant French Cooking
with Chef Paul
in Manhattan (SoHo)
I highly recommend Chef Paul. He hosted my corporate group of around 30 lawyers. The space is beautiful and met my highest expectations in terms of a culinary studio. Chef Paul was a great host, and he had plenty of staff to help with the different parts of the process. I appreciated that it was very laid back and tailored to our group, the Chef allowed us to play our own music on his speakers, we could order wine from a local shop to the event and he was flexible with a good number of dietary restrictions and food preferences.
I highly recommend this for anyone, but also anyone looking for a corporate team building event, I don't see how you can beat this location.

Spanish Flavors From Andalusia
with Chef Michael
in Manhattan (Chinatown)
Chef was accommodating to dietary needs. My party and I enjoyed the experience. Wish it was a little longer but over all good. I thought there was going to be more hands on or techniques for everything, but instead, everyone did a little bit of everything. So instead of me learning how brown the chicken should be, I was cutting up apples instead. I wish the food was warm by the time we ate it. (Wasn’t as warm by the time we got to sit an eat)
Good experience over all though!

Our Classic Puerto Rican Cooking class for a 19 person, client team bonding was a very fun and engaging experience! Pasta and Other Italian Classics
with Chef Mariana
in Brooklyn (Williamsburg)
What an amazing experience! I decided to do this class with my partner for her birthday and we had such a great time. Chef Mariana is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. She taught us to make fresh pasta, a classic bolognese sauce, a Carbonaro sauce, an eggplant appetizer, and a tiramisu for dessert. We laughed and discussed food, life and everything in between. Chef Mariana thoughtfully answered all our questions as we went through the process and was very encouraging. Her space and the environment she created was professional, clean, and the view from her windows, overseeing the water pulled the whole experience together. The food was soooo good! She served us and because it was my partner’s birthday, she put a candle in her tiramisu. It is obvious we had a great time? Lol. Honestly, if you’re looking to learn from a pro who makes the process simple and fun, Chef Mariana is it. My partner and I would definitely do this again. We had a beautiful time!
