Learn how to prepare a large breakfast with savory and sweet elements, South Indian style.

Allow Chef Kavitha to awaken your senses in this interactive cooking class as she teaches you how to craft an authentic South Indian breakfast menu.

Start by dishing up gluten-free, savory breakfast crêpes known as masala dosa, one of the most popular Indian breakfast dishes. After preparing the crêpes, you'll whip up a masala potato mash and coconut-cilantro chutney. While you are cooking, indulge in a cup of traditional South Indian filter coffee made with warming chicory. For a touch of sweetness, you'll round out your breakfast feast with classic payasam, a milk and rice vermicelli pudding.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
