We made Ricotta Cannoli, Panna Cotta, Ricciarelli and chocolate ganache. It was such a great family bonding experience and the desserts came out extremely delicious. My favorite dessert was the Panna Cotta. When I found this class on CozyMeal I knew I wanted to try something different and Chef Shasha was such a pleasant instructor.

Chef ShaSha is such a delight! I booked this experience for my boyfriend’s birthday since he loves Italian food and has always wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch. A few days prior to the event, Chef ShaSha called me and we chatted about the menu. Unfortunately her new ravioli maker hadn’t come in yet so we decided to pivot to making Pappardelle pasta with a red sauce instead. The morning of, she arrived early and brought all necessary items we needed (fresh and prepped ingredients, a pasta roller, etc). She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history behind our food items, given her culinary background and education, and very patient and flexible with us. I really enjoyed how hands-on we got to be. We aren’t the most outgoing people but Chef ShaSha immediately broke the ice and brought so much fun and laughter to the experience. Our food turned out amazing with her help, and most importantly my boyfriend loved the entire event. Can’t speak highly of her enough; would definitely recommend booking!

Our family booked a paella cooking class with Chef Jordan for my mother in law's 70th birthday. Jordan was very professional and showed up with all the supplies for the cooking class. He used every opportunity to teach us about how to use the knives and how to prepare/cut different ingredients. Paella is something we would have never attempted on our own, and it was awesome to have a hands on experience to learn how to make it. Jordan goes above & beyond teaching and encouraging you to reimagine how simple and easy cooking can be. We loved the emphasis on using high grade and locally sourced ingredients. We made chicken broth from scratch and were able to use the leftover both & chicken for a dinner dish later in the week. All around this was an incredible experience and an excellent way to elevate your gatherings! Thank you Jordan!

We took the sushi class and learned how to do three types of rolls and hand rolls. Chef Paulo was super knowledgeable and approachable. It was a really fun experience learning how to cook the rice, cut the fish and other fillings, and learn how to roll them. We are all beginners and he helped make sure all of us were able to complete all of our rolls. I would absolutely recommend the class and chef Paulo personally
