Pasta Making Class - Pasta Fresca
Take your sweetheart on a romantic culinary journey while you both unlock the secrets to preparing authentic homemade Italian cuisine from her home town of Tuscany! You will be in an intimate and fun atmosphere. Chef Marty has assembled a three-course menu that will make your pasta making experience delightful and keep your dinner guests coming back for more. With her love for fine cuisine and years of culinary expertise beginning in her hometown of Tuscany, Chef Marty takes immense joy in hosting and passing on her knowledge.
This al fresco-style class will be held outdoors under a covered patio, so please remember to dress warmly. You will begin by preparing a rich and creamy tiramisù, just like Nonna used to make on Sundays. You will then make fresh pasta noodles by hand and pick fresh herbs from the chef’s organic vegetable garden to create a mouthwatering dish of “pappardelle” with brown butter, sage and “parmigiano” cheese. You will also make an amazing bruschetta al pomodoro and learn how to pronounce it like an Italian. Buon appetito!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
