With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Paulo brings culinary creativity, team leadership and kitchen organization skills to the table. He has extensive experience as an executive sous chef, a restaurant manager, a bartender and a general manager. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with intermediate Spanish skills, he infuses a variety of flavors, fragrances and textures into his recipes, which span the globe from Brazil and Australia to Tucson and San Diego.
