Learn how to make elegant and innovative tarts and pastry creations with Chef Rachel.

In this hands-on baking class, the chef will focus on the nuances of preparing vibrant tarts and elegant adornments. Chef Rachel will teach you how to make enchanting apple cinnamon roses filled with cream cheese followed by two gourmet tarts. All items can be made vegan and gluten free.

You will work with elevated flavor combinations to create enticing tarts featuring fresh fruit and herbs. The menu includes a sweet and savory cheddar rosemary apple tart and an aromatic cherry, pistachio and rose tart with creamy yogurt and mascarpone filling.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
