orzo pasta
1 tblsp
olive oil
1 - 1 1/2 tsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tblsp
chopped mint
2 tblsp
feta cheese

Measure and prep all ingredients.

Fill a small pot with water. Stir in the olive oil and season with salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add the orzo and cook according to the package's directions.

Drain the cooked orzo into a medium mixing bowl.

Add the lemon juice, mint and feta to the orzo pasta.

Stir to combine and adjust the seasonings if needed.
