large bunch flat-leaf kale, stems removed and leaves coarsely chopped

dry white wine
1/2 cup(s)
grated Parmesan cheese

lemon juice

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover.

Add the minced onion, minced garlic and pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté until the onions start to soften.

Stir in the chopped kale, dry white wine and a pinch of salt. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until the kale is tender, stirring occasionally.

Return the chicken to the skillet., Add the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
