Step 1

Fill a glass with ice and water and let it get very cold. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice.

Remove ice and water from the glass, and cover the glass rim with the lime wedge. Mix together the salt and a pinch of red pepper flakes in a flat dish.
