Cook the pasta according to the package’s instructions. Once done, let the pasta cool.
While the pasta is cooling, prepare the onions, celery, carrots and parsley.
Combine the red onions, celery, carrots and cooled pasta in a mixing bowl. Toss with half the Italian dressing, making sure everything is evenly coated. If needed, add more Italian dressing to taste.
Add the parsley to the bowl and mix. Once done, serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
