My father, his new wife and I took the Asian Fusion cooking class with Huda, and it was AMAZING! She was very personable, communicated nicely and we truly enjoyed our time with her. The food was delicious and we were certainly full towards the end. She came very prepared and was a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend Huda to anyone who is just starting to cook or highly experienced. Cheers to Huda!

Our family of 13 had the best time w/Chef Federico! His home is lovely, warm & welcoming. He was so organized for our large group. We broke into groups but also shared tasks to create a delicious fresh salad, potato gnocchi with a chicken bolognese (recipe chef created based off our family preferences & YUM), & strawberry tiramisu for dessert. Chef Federico is warm, enthusiastic, engaging, patient, creative, welcoming & eager to share his passion for cooking and create a wonderful evening!

The event was a success!!! My entire team was thrilled with Chef Federico and the class. We were all pleasantly surprised that the team could cook (lol). Chef Federico was great to be around. He spent just enough time with each group explaining the steps needed to create the delicious recipes without being overbearing or making us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. The pasta making portion of the class was the perfect group task as we all had our hands involved. This was absolutely the best team event.

13 members of my team and I joined Chef Federico today for a team building event and it lived up to all that I hoped it would be! From the start, the Cozymeal representative was extremely attentive, identifying the right Chef for my event. Leading up to it, Chef Federico was extremely helpful with menu and catering to my team's needs. The day started out with a lovely cheese board as we settled in and had fun. I have nothing but praise for Chef Federico -- the food, his home and his demeanor. Chef helped us create a menu that would work for multiple allergies and still be delicious. He stood back and let us make a mess (and eventually a meal) and guided us along the way with great patience and warmth. The dinner came out tasty and the process was so much fun. If you have a special occasion -- birthday, bachelorette, celebration of any kind -- I highly recommend Federico's class!

As a 60th birthday celebration, our group of 15 enjoyed an Italian cooking class with Chef Frederico and it was a great success. The chef was very accomodating and communicated promptly regarding any questions/concerns we had. The cooking lesson was great for both the amateur chefs and cooking novices in our group and the dinner was delicious. We would highly recommend Chef Frederico for your next team building or group event.
