Join Chef Federico in the kitchen for a fun, exciting cooking competition with your team!

In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Federico, you and your team will split into groups and draw from a bowl to determine which dish you'll create together. The team that presents the most tasty, best-looking dish after two hours wins!

Some of the dishes slated to make an appearance during this competition-style team building cooking class include a simple farmers salad with homemade croutons and seasonal vegetables, oven-baked spinach and ricotta croquettes, white chocolate mousse tarts with pasta frolla and berries for dessert, and so much more!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Federico was welcoming to us from the very start! We walked in to a clean and beautiful home, freshly prepared food to snack on, and everything organized to learn to cook delicious food together. He shared stories and chatted with us along the way. What a great evening! We can’t wait to cook with him again.
