What You’ll Do

Elevate your pasta night with handmade pasta and other homemade Italian staples.

Craft a rustic Italian dinner completely from scratch in this engaging cooking class with Chef Huda, including making pasta. Over three classic courses, you'll learn smart cooking techniques while using fresh ingredients.

First, prepare a panzanella salad studded with tomatoes, cucumbers and crunchy croutons drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. Next, make pasta dough for ravioli filled with cheese and blanketed in a tomato or Alfredo sauce topped with fresh Parmesan with crispy garlic bread fresh from the oven. For dessert, bake up a berry tart with a zesty lemon curd.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
