Learn how to create the aromatic and vibrant dishes of Indian cuisine.
Handcraft flavorful traditional Indian recipes in this engaging cooking class where world-class Chef Huda will guide you through a menu of four Indian favorites.
To begin you'll make roti, a warm flatbread made with flour, salt and oil. Next, learn how to cook tender butter chicken using garam masala, tomato purée and more, followed by preparing crispy vegetable samosas filled with potatoes, peas and onions flavored with curry spice. For dessert, finish the meal by crafting indulgent baklava topped with crushed walnuts and drizzled with honey.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Huda, a private chef who runs her own catering business, is passionate about providing a personable and fun experience for every guest, whether it's a cooking class or private dining event. With a bachelor's degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, she has nearly 20 years of culinary experience under her belt and has earned multiple awards in renowned cooking competitions. She can't wait to share her knowledge of dynamic cuisine!
