In this class, you will be creating several appetizers and snacks completely made from plants! If you are looking to incorporate more vegetables into your life, or are searching for exciting new ideas on using plants in your cooking, this hands-on class is just for you. Create beautiful and aromatic dishes that also taste incredible, including spicy carrot hummus with naan, and crostini topped with cilantro, arugula and green chile pesto.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
