From a spicy soup starter to kimchi fried rice to fresh soba noodles with spicy peanut sauce, prepare to encounter lots of flavor, spices and Asian inspiration in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Emily. Learn the proper skills and techniques needed to make these four classic Asian dishes authentically and completely from scratch, then gather 'round the table to enjoy your creations.

Emily is a true professional. She is personable and friendly and wants to make sure you know how to cook dishes that you love. Her food is bold and flavorful and completely vegetarian. My favorite dish was the Gazpacho, it had the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors and was a great summer dish. I highly recommend Emily for novice and advanced home cooks alike.

Her specialty is teaching plant forward classes that are approachable, delicious, easy, and practical. From Middle Eastern fare to Asian cuisine, Chef Emily looks forward to passing on her incredible knowledge and creative approaches on living a healthy lifestyle.
