Having lived across Italy from north to south, she shares traditional recipes shaped by local culture, history and seasonal ingredients. For over a decade she has grown her own orchard and vegetable garden, using fresh produce to craft homemade breads, focaccia, jams and classic Italian dishes. Known for her warm and interactive teaching style, Chef Alessia hosts hands-on cooking experiences where guests cook together, learn traditional techniques and enjoy the stories behind each recipe.
