Known for her warm and interactive teaching style, Chef Alessia hosts hands-on cooking experiences where guests cook together, learn traditional techniques and enjoy the stories behind each recipe.

Chef Alessia brings an authentic and personal approach to Italian cooking, rooted in a lifetime of experience. Originally from Italy, she has been hosting dinners and cooking gatherings since the age of 18, from homemade pizzas to multi-course meals. Using fresh ingredients from her own orchard and garden, she creates both traditional and original recipes. Her cooking classes are fun, engaging and truly authentic.
