The resident chef split the time wonderfully between explaining the flavor pairings, noting preparation timing tips and showing / teaching us proper techniques in the kitchen. The meal was delicious and the kitchen / dining area were beautiful. Would highly recommend!

She Chef Nori is extremely knowledgable in her craft and left us with easy tips&tricks to use in the kitchen. The menu was divine and quality was unmatched. I definitely recommend attending this workshop.

My sister and I had a great time. We learned great tips such as how to best use a knife and to make basic rice. The settings to learn and eat our meal were clean and beautiful. Chef Ivan was patient and pleasant. He managed our time well. We all got a chance to try all of the skills and preps. At the end, he even packed up our leftovers for us. We left very full and happy.

This was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect, I was immediately put at ease, both Chefs are super friendly and very informative. I would go experience this again. By the way the food turned out delicious and your take away is knowing how to make whatever you make in the kitchen that day!!
