Discover a modern take on a classic Thanksgiving feast perfect for an evening with friends.

In this hands-on class with Chef Ivan, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Friendsgiving feast using modern culinary techniques and gourmet ingredients that will put a new spin on classic American dishes and recipes.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a crave-worthy bacon and Brussels sprout salad studded with raisins and apple, a sous vide turkey breast with truffle oil gravy, a maple and bourbon-spiked pecan pie tiramisu with mascarpone for dessert, and so much more!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ivan more than surpassed our expectations, he was SO wonderful. My boyfriend and I decided to take this class since we both had never taken a cooking class. My wife and I could not possibly have enjoyed this any more than we did. Chef Ivan was welcoming, patient and we genuinely learned a lot. Prepping and cooking was a blast, the food was delicious and the dining room was exquisite. We highly recommend this class and any class hosted by Chef Ivan.

The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
