Cooking Class - American Style Steak Dinner
You don't need steakhouse reservations to enjoy a gourmet steak dinner. Under Chef Ivan's guidance, learn how to make an incredible multi-course meal using smart cooking techniques, and fresh ingredients.
Chef Ivan will teach you how to make three courses, starting with decadent truffled polenta with wild mushrooms, shallots, red wine and rosemary, and centered around coffee-rubbed steak served with a red wine reduction, Parmesan spinach, and puréed potatoes with butter, eggs and nutmeg. For dessert, learn how to whip up dark chocolate mousse with a raspberry coulis.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
