After honing her pastry skills for a few years, she decided to become a line cook to round out and perfect her culinary capabilities, and she quickly worked her way up to lead cook. Her favorite cuisine is French, with a creative Asian fusion, but she’s a fan of all good flavors and interesting culinary techniques.

Chef Kia's pastry class was perfect for my 15-year-old and me. I'm not good in the kitchen so my daughter was able to get hands-on experience with what turned out to be an excellent recipe for us to create together. Chef Kia made accommodations for an ingredient aversion of my daughter's (cinnamon), which we appreciated. Chef Kia was well-prepared, organized, and knowledgeable about each cooking or baking technique we used. She is also very personable so we felt comfortable asking questions along the way. Great experience with Cozymeal and we highly recommend Chef Kia!
