Private Chef - International Vegan Feast
Chef Kia takes vegan cuisine to new levels of flavor in this mindful private chef experience that puts an international accent on world-class dining. You'll enjoy fava bean hummus with spiced crackers and seasonal pickled vegetables before tasting a Malaysian salad made with pineapple and chili sauce. Then, revel in the exciting flavors of baked polenta with ratatouille and cashew cheese served alongside delicious, summer harvest vegetables. And, adding sweet to savory is a sumptuous vegan dessert at meal's end.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
