WHAT YOU’LL DO
Put an international twist on familiar favorites including pizza and macaroni and cheese.
In this interactive cooking class, Chef Kia will teach you about global cuisines and how to blend their unique flavor profiles with classic comfort foods.
Begin with an Asian spin on fresh romaine salad featuring mandarin oranges, ginger and soy sauce followed by lobster macaroni and cheese with a creamy French béchamel and Parmesan. For the main course, craft Mediterranean-inspired pita pizzas with eggplant, feta and lamb. Vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian versions are also available. Dessert is a sweet take on Italian focaccia spiced with cinnamon, maple and brown sugar.

Chef Kia made accommodations for an ingredient aversion of my daughter's (cinnamon), which we appreciated.
