Team Building Activity - Authentic French Fare
In this interactive team building experience with Chef Todd, you and your team will learn how to create several classic French dishes.
Begin by practicing your knife skills to prepare ratatouille, which you'll bake in a balsamic-Parmesan sauce. Your entreé is a traditional chicken dish of coq a vin — braised chicken in a rich wine sauce with bacon, onions and mushrooms. On the side, prepare and enjoy creamy polenta. Dessert is a French custard baked in a vanilla bean-infused tart shell.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
