Team Building Activity - Rustic French Fusion
Gather your team and prepare a curated French fusion menu in this hands-on corporate cooking class. Chef Denis will guide you through eclectic recipes inspired by global flavors.
First, your team will prepare a Moroccan chickpea soup brimming with fresh vegetables, lemon, cilantro and spicy chilis. Next, craft a popular French classic: Chicken Provençal, cooked with tangy capers and olives, and served with a side of baby potatoes roasted in olive oil with fresh garlic and rosemary. Enjoy a decadent coconut chocolate mousse with anise cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
