We really enjoyed chef Roger. The whole experience was very chill and informative. It’s obvious that he enjoys what he is doing and we enjoyed the cooking tips that we can use at home. We recommend him to anybody.

Chef Roger was simply amazing. He delighted us with a custom vegan menu, full of flavor, fresh ingredients, savory flavors, and healthy options. He conversed with us, but then allowed us to dine together as he faded into the background. He was kind. He was efficient and cleaned up as well! It was the perfect way to spend our evening. We will certainly have Chef Roger back in our home!

My husband and I took a cooking class (Vietnamese Cuisine) with Chef Roger--he is the BEST!!! An enthusiastic teacher, amazing/creative chef, and completely accommodated my dietary needs. His use of fresh, local (some from his backyard gardens!), and HIGH quality ingredients made our experience incredible. He was kind and patient and helped us learn cool hacks/techniques that will really enable us to replicate these dishes at home. We will DEFINITELY be using Cozymeal again--and 100% taking more classes with Chef Roger!

Chef Roger was an amazing teacher! We didn't know what to expect at first as this was our first time, but he welcomed us into his kitchen and was very warm. He gave a rundown on the meals that we were cooking and then we jumped right in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Chef Roger and really loved the meal that we got to cook. We got to eat the dinner and have a nice chat with Chef Roger and still had tons of left overs to bring home! Thank you Chef Roger, we hope to be back in the kitchen with you soon!

Chef Roger was professional as well as personable. His relaxed atmosphere was very welcoming and he made you feel at home. The kitchen set up was perfect for a class on Vietnamese cooking and a hands-on experience. It took some of the mystery out of Asian cooking and instilled confidence in us to go home and try things. You will really enjoy his classes!

"I just love feeding people!" That's what Chef Roger told me when I spent time with him learning to make amazing dishes with dough. You'll instantly feel at home with Chef Roger's easy, personable and friendly nature. He has a beautiful, newly remodeled space that's perfect for a classes. He's a MASTER at dough and the many dishes you can make from it. His Pizza Calabrese has a beautiful crust and fresh, tangy sauce that just melts in your mouth! He makes hand-pulled noodles look easy (and delicious!). You must, however try his Tacos-- specifically, his homemade tortillas! Wow! So full of flavor, I could eat just the tortillas themselves! "I just want people to have a great time when they come here," was his comment. And does he deliver! Highly recommend spending some time with Chef Roger!
