Begin your land and sea meal with a fresh, seasonal salad and crab cakes before enjoying succulent sea scallops paired with a savory petite ribeye. We really enjoyed chef Roger. The whole experience was very chill and informative. It’s obvious that he enjoys what he is doing and we enjoyed the cooking tips that we can use at home. We recommend him to anybody.

Roger was fantastic, had a personalized Vegan prepared by him as a Christmas gift. The food was amazing - well thought out, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious.

Chef Roger began his culinary career over 15 years ago as a line cook in the kitchen of one of the most buzzed about restaurants in New York City. After moving to the West Coast, Chef Roger continued climbing the food chain, graduating from line cook to a highly esteemed executive chef for large corporations. Chef Roger is passionate about sharing his culinary wisdom with others in a variety of cooking classes!
