Indulge in a surf and turf feast featuring the finest steak, seafood and sides.
Begin the evening with a delightful charcuterie spread followed by a tangy Caesar salad and shrimp skewers while Chef Esh-Marie works to prepare the main course: New York strip steak and lobster served on a bed of sautéed rainbow chard. You'll also indulge in creamy crab and shrimp mashed potatoes before ending with your choice of homemade cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Esh-Marie gave my family and I a wonderful experience. Communication was timely. My daughter is a vegetarian and Chef prepared a seperate pasta dish that was amazing. Chef was fun to talk to, prepared great food and was everything I expected.

Born and raised in Northern California, Chef Esh-Marie has spent ten years in the catering industry curating creative and delicious dining experiences for her guests. But, her career highlight has been creating her own food-and-wine-pairing tour business throughout several cities. She is passionate about sharing tips for cooking and wine pairing with guests whenever she gets the chance.
