Join Chef Roger and learn how to prepare a homemade bento box.
Sushi is one of Japan's most popular culinary exports. It comes in a variety of styles, several of which you will learn how to make in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Roger.
He will teach you how to make different types of sushi rolls, all made from a base of sweet and savory sushi rice. To accompany your rolls, Chef Roger will teach you how to make a seasonal Japanese salad, and soy and sake-marinated chicken teriyaki. To round out your meal, prepare a brown sugar matcha mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Roger began his culinary career over 15 years ago as a line cook in the kitchen of one of the most buzzed about restaurants in New York City. After moving to the West Coast, Chef Roger continued climbing the food chain, graduating from line cook to a highly esteemed executive chef for large corporations. Chef Roger is passionate about sharing his culinary wisdom with others in a variety of cooking classes!
