Step 1

Make the marinade. In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, ginger, raw honey, cumin and sesame oil.

Add the pork tenderloin and cover with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on a sheet pan.

Roast the pork in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the tenderloin is 145°F. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
