Gluten Free Dumpling Delights class taught my friends and I how to make dough for steamed dumplings with ground chicken, veggies and spices and we also used rice paper for a lightly fried veggie with chickpeas and spices roll. We assisted making these rolls. Chef Parsati showed us how to make the sauces for them. We also made a chocolate, mango dessert with coconut flour and cardamon spice. We all really enjoyed the flavors of the hot foods. Chef was friendly, knowledgeable, social and helpful. Class was held in her home kitchen. She did prep work before we began and she cleaned up after we left. The table was preset for our meal. It was a lovely experience.

We had SUCH a good time with Chef Parsati!! She made the class a very welcoming experience, in a homey setting, with plenty of hands-on instruction and fun. The recipes are _delicious_! My wife and I will 100% be making them in our kitchen, especially since Chef Parsati specifically talked about ways that we could adapt what she taught us to make them even more simple and easily even for a weeknight dinner. I really appreciated that she was super-cognizant of our dietary restrictions and went the extra mile to make sure our concerns were addressed and the meal was enjoyable for everyone involved.

This was fun, informative, and delicious! Maggie made a custom menu for us and was extremely positive and accommodating. She was extremely professional and prepared, and she was totally unfazed by our rather small kitchen. Highly recommend!

Oscar, our chef and Oscar his sou chef were ready and waiting for us as we were the only couple to enjoy the vegetarian class. They spent time, energy and knowledge with us in an intimate, personable and patient manner and setting. It was great! We learned, tasted and sipped our way through our time and then enjoyed the meal they and we had prepared. We left with well packed extras and great memories.

You need to improve your communication. I became very apprehensive when I sent 3 messages via your website to the chef and no answer til the afternoon of the day before the event. Then he shows up 25 min late with no forewarning. Very embarrassing and cause of anxiety for me. Lorenzo was charming, very knowledgable about the food prep and cooking, very fun. I did give him a tip as he was leaving.

We had so much fun and learned so much with Chef Daniel. My wife and I went to his pasta making class and it was great. The space is neat and prepared for cooking and he guides you step by step. Very thoughtful and well prepared. We'll definitely do other classes with him.

Chef Doug was amazing. The recipes were delicious and he was very hands on in the lesson. He was also extremely friendly, and made great conversation. He also brings everything you need for the lesson, and does a great job cleaning afterwards. 10/10 will definitely do another course! Thanks for a fantastic evening!

Our Executive Team of 11 had a wonderful Italian team building cooking experience with Chef Dirk! He has such a great, upbeat personality that had all of us laughing and engaged. We made a wonderful meal of homemade pasta and sauces, the dessert was fabulous and we really enjoyed our evening. He did a great job of accommodating our 3 food restrictions. I highly recommend him if you want a yummy dinner, great entertainment and to learn how to cook!

Chef Zenaidy is the best! She is so fun and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic, but most importantly, we learned so much! Very hands-on instruction and Chef Zenaidy makes you feel like you really can make everything on your own at home. Best part is that she speaks Italian, so we truly felt like we were with family. I found Chef Joni Sare on Cozymeal and booked her for my team offsite as my 3 other team members found her Master Italian Classics Cooking Class to be a fun learning experience. Boy were we right. If you don't read my full review, all I can say is that Chef Joni was an EXCELLENT instructor and my team members and I had such a good time. We were smiling ear-to-ear the entire time we were there. Highly recommended from this reviewer. Detailed review below: Communication (5/5): We used the Cozymeal platform for everything and found their interface amazing. Chef Joni was very pro-active and communicated with me several times before the event date on January 17, 2020. What stood out about this communication was that she really wanted to know us. She asked good questions like "Why did you choose this class?", "What do you hope to learn from it?", "What are your goals?" etc. Really appreciate this since she can cater the class to exactly your needs. She was also very accommodating when I told her that one of our team members was a vegetarian so she made sure she had a vegetarian option on hand during our class. Finally, before the event, she gave us extremely detailed directions to the location of the event (including a picture) and what to expect. Really outstanding communication here. Location (5/5): Her location is in her house located in Sunnyvale near major highways. Lots of street parking once you arrive so no issues on parking. The inside is well decorated and everything seems to be remodeled including her kitchen which was very modern. See pics to get an idea. Food (5/5): The Master Italian Classics Cooking Class contains the following menu: 1.) Antipasti - Cheese, crackers, almonds, pepper jelly to snack on throughout the whole meal while you are there 2.) Handmade Fettuccine Alfredo 3.) Ragu (Mushrooms, many vegetables) - Our protein was lamb for the meat-eaters and tofu for our vegetarian team member. 4.) Tiramisu - for dessert. I don't want to spoil too much of the class but I'll share some of the highlights for me at least. Preparing the Fettuccine Dough from scratch including folding it, kneading it, was a really fun experience. Also running through the dough through the pasta machine to stretch it and finally cut it into actually the noodles was such a cathartic experience. I'm really happy I got to experience that. The Ragu was so delicious and so healthy at the same time as we barely used any vegetable oil and we put in so many vegetables. Finally, the tiramisu making was actually pretty easy but delicious at the same time. Now that I have been through how to make Tiramisu, I am confident I can make it for a party without issue. Also, if you can't finish all the food you make, Chef Joni gives you take-out boxes to bring home so you can enjoy the food again! Our group also had leftover uncooked fettuccine and we got to take that home. Chef Joni (5/5): Last but not least Chef Joni was an excellent instructor. She was so bubbly and easy to talk to and really put the group at ease very quickly. She was masterful on dividing up certain tasks in the kitchen so we can all participate in the cooking journey and made sure we were doing the steps properly. We asked her so many questions during our time in the class and she happily answered every single one of them without being annoyed. It was nice to finish the class with all of us including Chef Joni eating at the table. Chef Joni's passion for cooking really shines through her class and we had a great time! Our team can't wait to come back. Thank you Chef Joni for a great class.

Our family of 10 had an amazing time celebrating our annual Day After Christmas Surprise! Chef Ziva’s kitchen was ready for our arrival with all the ingredients organized and laid out on Chef’s long, long, long kitchen table. In our fettucini making class, Chef Ziva first demonstrated how to create the dough and then process it through the pasta making machine. Four of us were assigned to this task while the remaining six of our family was divided between making the bruchetta and preparing the creamy mushroom sauce that would be incorporated into the fettucini. Chef Ziva is a natural teacher - knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She made our cooking adventure enjoyable and memorable. Making our meal from scratch was not only a learning experience - it was a lot of fun, especially when we sat down in Chef Ziva’s dining room and shared the fruits of our labor making pasta...from scratch!

Chef David is not only a great chef, he's charismatic and a lot of fun. He knows how to walk the fine line between being playful and casual while also remaining very professional - quite a feat! The meal was absolutely delicious, and we picked up a lot of everyday cooking skills like tips and tricks that will dramatically reduce the time it takes for you to chop vegetables! Lots of fun, I highly recommend

I've done many cooking classes both personally and professionally and really loved Joni's style. She was so organized, well prepared and provided great guidance through the whole cooking experience. We connected earlier to make sure she was aware of the team dynamic and any special requests for drinks, allergies and such. As a result, she was prepared and managed all 9 of us really well. highly recommend her as an instructor. Me and my girlfriend showed up to Chef Noona home on July 6th at noon. She greeted us with the biggest smile, it was very welcoming. The menu was fettuccine Pasta with Alfredo sauce and a mixed green salad with vinaigrette. The dessert was a Apple Crostata Once in the home we were provided a recipe list of what we were going to cook. Chef Noona sat us down and carefully went over the whole recipe sheet detailing the reasons and science of the ingredients. This made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand more about certain ingredients. The hardest part about the meal to us was creating the dough, but Chef Noona helped us tremendously and showed genuine patience. I really enjoyed the experience and will recommend her to anyone! Thanks again Chef Noona, we will be back.

I had a wonderful time with Chef Valerie in her gorgeous kitchen last Saturday with my family as we were shown the proper methods to make and cook pasta, sauces and a fabulous fruit galette. We all found her very informative and she has a lovely, calm nature. It is clear she has a passion for cooking and good food. I look forward to trying out her recipes in my own kitchen! My sister and I organized the event for our mother's 80th birthday gift. She was absolutely thrilled to have a unique opportunity to cook with 4 of her 6 grandchildren (who are all young adults and learning to cook for themselves now).
