What You’ll Do

Roll, cut and craft Tuscan holiday pasta by hand.

Discover the art of fresh pasta in this hands-on Italian cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). Learn to prepare classic pasta dough, then shape it into pappardelle tossed with Tuscan sausage and caramelized onion ragù, as well as farfalle paired with butternut squash and a parsley-almond pesto. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.

Great location and class. Chef Michael was awesome. Two types of pasta......with 2 separate sauces. Great event. We would highly recommend for date night.
