WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of forming gnocchi pasta by hand.

Join this fun and interactive cooking class to learn tips and techniques for preparing homemade pasta. Chef Valentino will guide you step-by-step through mixing, shaping and forming potatoes and water into soft ripples of gnocchi.

 

Begin by rolling venison into savory meatballs mixed with ground beef and Pecorino cheese. Practice forming rippled gnocchi that will be served with ricotta cheese and topped with a robust ragu Bolognese filled with pork and beef, onions, carrots, red wine and tomato sauce. Dessert is a creamy panna cotta with green mango.

Beer and wine are available for purchase at the venue. Guests are also welcome to bring their own beverages for an additional corkage fee.

Ricotta Gnocchi
With ricotta cheese, flour and nutmeg
Ragu alla Bolognese
With ground pork and beef meat, onion, carrots, celery, red wine, tomato sauce and beef broth
Panna Cotta With Green Mango
With heavy cream, vegan gelatin sheets, sugar and vanilla
