Cooking Class - Pizza in the Oven
Have a great time slinging pizza and preparing fresh toppings in this interactive cooking class.
Embark on a culinary journey to Little Italy with this interactive cooking class led by Chef Mordechai. You will discover the art of slinging pizza high into the air before baking it with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese and toppings.
Get hands-on as you prepare pizza dough and chicory salad with aromatic orange vinaigrette. Next, prepare fresh toppings including peppery pesto, savory Italian pork sausage and fresh broccoli rabe. Cook your pizza in a mobile gas oven for a beautiful presentation and end with lemon cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I purchased an outdoor gas pizza oven but had no clue how to use it. Chef Motti graciously set the oven up, taught me how to use it and make the most delicious at home pizza. His tips for working with the dough are invaluable. He’s an excellent teacher - personable, patient and encouraging.

We had an amazing time cooking with Motti! He brought incredible ingredients, was super knowledgeable about pizza making and accommodated every dietary need in the group. Overall an incredible experience and would highly recommend not only for cooking classes but also for catering.
