The Manhattan chef, who previously owned her own catering and events company, focuses on Caribbean and Southern cuisines, as well as New American and Asian. While Chef Tomica enjoyed hosting weddings and private parties, she is now more interested in the teaching side of cooking, and looks forward to educating guests on new techniques.
