In this class, you will learn how to make four courses of gourmet Caribbean cuisine, starting with an appetizer of codfish fritters. Chef Tomica teaches guests how to make a main course of curry chicken and coconut jasmine rice with peas. For dessert, master the beignet, filled with bananas and served with a rich rum sauce.
