Learn how to prepare buttermilk biscuits with sweet strawberry and honey butter, and get the chef's recipe for sweet potato and pork belly hash to go with your perfect omelette. Finally, finish your brunch exploration with luxurious brioche french toast, complete with chocolate sauce and sautéed bananas. This is a brunch experience not to be missed!

I thoroughly enjoyed Chef Tomica’s class. She focused on flavor and traditional Caribbean techniques like marinating chicken and cooking rice to perfection! It was delicious, brunch-style comfort food.

Chef Tomica is an attorney-turned-chef who changed career paths after attending the Institute of Culinary Education. The Manhattan chef, who previously owned her own catering and events company, focuses on Caribbean and Southern cuisines, as well as New American and Asian. While Chef Tomica enjoyed hosting weddings and private parties, she is now more interested in the teaching side of cooking, and looks forward to educating guests on new techniques.
