In this fun and engaging class you will learn how to make a brunch as good as your favorite restaurant's. From flipping the perfect omelette every time to making fluffy buttermilk biscuits, Chef Tomica will be your guide.
Learn how to prepare buttermilk biscuits with sweet strawberry and honey butter, and get the chef's recipe for sweet potato and pork belly hash to go with your perfect omelette. Finally, finish your brunch exploration with luxurious brioche french toast, complete with chocolate sauce and sautéed bananas. This is a brunch experience not to be missed!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
