In this hands-on class with Chef Craig, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Mediterranean meal from start to finish.
You will start by learning how to build and season a traditional caprese salad and will discover which dressings work best and why. Then, you will learn how to properly sear chicken to seal in the juices for unparalleled flavor, and make your own pasta for a sumptuous fettuccine alfredo. You will finish with simple, delicate cookies that are decadent enough to stand alone or perfectly complement a cappuccino.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
