Chef Diana is an exceptional host and master of her craft. She made cooking seemingly difficult dishes feel accessible and fun to make at home. I am still thinking about how delicious and easy it was to create the lumpia spring rolls. After gaining 15 years of professional culinary experience, Chef Diana now owns and operates a successful private chef business.
