Chef Diana is an exceptional host and master of her craft. She made cooking seemingly difficult dishes feel accessible and fun to make at home. I am still thinking about how delicious and easy it was to create the lumpia spring rolls. Chef Diana will help elevate your dinner (or even dinner party!) dish rotation with simple tricks from her extensive arsenal.
