Chef Chris explained the menu ( the inspiration behind it) , conversation was easy, didn’t seem rushed, food was delish! Really liked the mini pizzas and the dessert! I recently hosted a Thai cooking class dinner party with Chef Shahida and it exceeded all expectations! The instructor was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience both educational and so much fun. We made everything from scratch, including handmade sushi rolls, lemongrass ginger soup with coconut curry, Thai basil fried rice with Gulf shrimp, chicken satay with the most delicious peanut sauce, and ended on a high note with a mango dessert topped with berries and whipped cream. Everyone had a blast, learned a lot, and left full and happy. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable night!

WOW, what a wonderful experience!! Chef Luca was incredible - his knowledge of the cuisine, love for food and love to entertaining was top-notch. First time we had ever done this - did so with another couple. The food was INCREDIBLE, but mostly we simply loved the experience - casual, informative, very fun to help make the pasta, and learn how to replicate the same dishes at home. Would highly recommend.

Chef Shahida was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in her sushi lesson for us, giving basic information about how to make rolls, a seasoning blend, and even sushi etiquette. She brought all equipment with her to our hotel (which did have a kitchenette) making things so much easier for us! We would love to take more classes from her and highly recommend her!

Wonderful experience! My husband, son and I enjoyed the Hearty Italian Feast cooking class. Chef Luca’s place was setup perfectly for a small cooking class. He has a great personality and he knows Italian food. We laughed and learned as we made pasta and sauces from scratch. I learned how easy it was to make delicious sauces in no time. No need to simmer for hours to have great flavor. We had a great time and left full and with leftovers to enjoy the next day. I would definitely do another class with Chef Luca.

What a great experience! We celebrated our friends 20 year wedding anniversary with this fun cooking class. Chef Luca made the class fun! He gave us great tips on authentic Italian products and gave us a great understanding on making pasta. The food was delicious. We ate, drank and laugh doesn't get better than that. The apartment was super cool, with original artwork and was properly cleaned and setup for our amazing time. We will be back for more.
