Settle in and learn the fundamentals of assembling a visually appealing and balanced board. Sweeten the pot with a demonstration of foolproof chocolate tempering and lessons in decorative fruit cutting and professional dipping methods. Then, the competition is on as breakout teams collaborate to craft the best dessert charcuterie board in the kitchen.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Booked the Southern Italian Classics with Chef Chris at his place for my husbands birthday- wanted to try something new and had a great experience! Chef Chris explained the menu ( the inspiration behind it) , conversation was easy, didn’t seem rushed, food was delish! Really liked the mini pizzas and the dessert! Looking forward to doing another in the future
