paprika

dried parsley

balsamic vinegar

dry white wine

heavy cream

grated Parmesan

cremini mushrooms, sliced

pearl onions, peeled

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with minced garlic, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a large skillet, add the unsalted butter, chopped white onions, balsamic vinegar, dry white wine, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer.

In a second skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and the seasoned chicken. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add the cooked chicken to the simmering sauce. Add the sliced cremini mushrooms and the peeled pearl onions to the sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
