In the jar of a large blender, add the chopped Granny Smith apples, red apples, pear, celery, pear juice and ice, if using.

Start blending on medium speed and then increase to high speed. Blend for about 2 mins or until everything is smooth.

Once done, pour into a 16-ounce cup or bottle or divide into two 8-ounce cups. Sip and enjoy!

Refreshing and sweet! The celery adds some extra nutrition.
