We had such a wonderful experience! The resident chef split the time wonderfully between explaining the flavor pairings, noting preparation timing tips and showing / teaching us proper techniques in the kitchen. The meal was delicious and the kitchen / dining area were beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Chef Jamie kindly welcomed us into her home and provided a comfortable environment to experiment with flavors and enjoy developing a 3 course meal. This was a great date night activity that left us with tips and tricks we can bring into our own kitchen. Chef Jamie is a well seasoned professional whose expertise and sense of humor made for a fun evening in the kitchen. Thanks Chef!

Chef Ken was great-had a relaxed easygoing but professional manner. He came with everything he needed short of a blender which we provided for and assorted pots/pans. We learned a lot-and were put to work in a fun voluntary manner..our groups got their hands dirty from time to time but Ken also cooked/kept things moving forward as we were also catching up while watching/learning. I was impressed by the time saving use of the blender and various shortcuts learned to save time/effort that provided delicious results! Chef Ken taught us how easy some of these dishes were to make-incredible arancini in a marinara sauce, a fantastic Caesar salad w homemade dressing, homemade gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce, and delicious homemade cannoli w chocolate chip ricotta filling! He did a great job of passing tips and tricks along the way.. Our group learned a lot and agreed we would like to recreate some of these dishes at home again. I would recommend working w Chef Ken for your next cooking lesson/dinner party!

My husband and I enjoyed our time! The food turned out great! Chef Bradford was energetic, engaging and kind. It was our first cooking class and we didn’t know what to expect but we would definitely recommend. We made crab cakes, steak and a melted lava cake.

Chef Jamie is very personable and professional, overall an awesome host! She provided a well structured learning environment and guided us through our cooking experience with care. Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaime’s Home We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertops—perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision. Chef Jaime’s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued. Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. It was clear that she’s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about ensuring her students have a memorable experience. What a super unique and personal experience! I booked this a birthday gift for my husband, and the both of us loved all 3 courses. Besides meal leftovers, we were given extra ingredients (sauce, dough, cheese, etc.) to keep and use for later - that was an unexpected but lovely surprise. Chef Denis was very accommodating and personable with plenty of stories to share. I would book again for other cuisines!

Chef Denis Williams truly delivered an unforgettable dining experience right to my doorstep! The Lord of the Rings-themed 3-course meal he prepared was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing his talent and creativity. We had a fantastic time with this experience. Chef Kavitha was able to accommodate us in our tiny Brooklyn kitchen and came with all the supplies she needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the cuisine and was able to answer a lot of questions, and we learned a ton. The food was also delicious and it was fun to try to cook our own dosas.

Mala was unbelievable. There were two of us in the course and she quickly adapted her presentation to the skill level of the audience. I've taken numerous courses throughout the years and have never had such a delightful experience. The recipes were well documented, the instruction clear and concise, and the personality of the chef was IMPECCABLE. I would take courses with Mala anytime!

Dinner with chef lamour was terrific. She was friendly, helpful, very interesting and the food was amazing! The only thing I would say is that this was more of a private chef dinner as opposed to a cooking class. We helped somewhat with preparation and lamour certainly answered any questions we had and gave us various tips, but it was less of a class than we expected. This is not meant as a negative as we had an absolutely wonderful evening! Just Putting it out there so folks know what to expect.

Chef Kymberly was a fantastic and fun engagement for a surprise dinner at home. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and excellent at making every part of the experience special.
