Explore gourmet plant-based Spanish tapas in this exciting new cooking class. Learn innovative ways to create tasty vegan dishes in this chef-led class. Cook your way through a multi-course menu starting with a pomegranate guacamole served with raw veggie strips for dipping. Then make a crispy empanada stuffed with sweet potatoes and black beans with a spicy lime mayo. Then spice things up with a hearty vegetable-packed pisto (Spanish stew) served with crusty bread. Lastly, finish your vegan feast with crispy patatas bravas.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My sister, cousins, and I had such a great time at this cooking experience. Chef Jamie was not only super chill and funny but also made everything feel approachable and fun. The food turned out incredible, especially the pisto with bread and the sweet potato and bean filling for the empanadas, honestly, I’d eat that filling on its own. We came in thinking we might leave a little hungry, but we were so full by the end basically fighting to keep eating. The kitchen space was perfect for a group, with plenty of room for everyone to get hands-on. We all were able to chop, stir, pour, season, and Chef was super open to all our questions. We learned a lot about reducing food waste, proper knife techniques, and storing produce, plus got to hear about Chef’s path to becoming a private chef. Also, random but worth mentioning, the whole place had a super peaceful vibe (shoes off at the door), and the bathroom? Gorgeous. Skylight and all. Highly recommend this experience!
